Delivery Options Overview

Mobile Cabin offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through Local Parcel Post, more quickly via reliable and secure by a specifically trained delivery forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Exchange or Return of Goods

We accept returns within 3 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Mobile Cabin online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the delivery method selected. Please check your tracking link (sent via email once your order was shipped) for the latest updates. If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days or you haven’t received one, feel free to contact us at tel:+94 70 335 1026, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Deliveries are usually not made on public holidays, as most courier services operate on a standard business schedule. Orders placed during holidays will be processed on the next working day. If you need help with urgent delivery, feel free to contact us—we’ll do our best to assist you!

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We deliver to most areas, To check if we deliver to your postcode, simply enter it at checkout or reach out to us with your postcode and we’ll confirm it for you right away.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Next-day delivery is available on select orders, depending on product availability and your delivery location. Orders must be placed before [cut-off time, e.g., 2 PM] on a business day to qualify. Please check the delivery options at checkout or contact us to confirm eligibility for your order.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Some orders may require a signature upon delivery, especially for high-value items. If no one is available, the courier may leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. For orders that don’t require a signature, the courier may leave the package in a safe place if possible. If you have specific delivery instructions, feel free to add them at checkout or contact us directly.
